Refund Policy

Each Gathering Cloth tablecloth is made to order. That shapes the policy below.
Before production begins
After you order, your design is reviewed by hand before anything is cut or printed. Up until production begins you can cancel for a full refund — just email us at contact@gatheringcloth.com.
After production begins
Once your design is forwarded to our linen partner and production begins, because the cloth is bespoke and cannot be re-sold, orders are non-refundable from this point — except in the cases below.
Defective or wrong items
If your cloth arrives damaged, mis-printed, or is materially different from the design you ordered, we’ll either remake it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice. Please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Lost in transit
If a cloth doesn’t arrive within 30 business days of your order, contact us and we’ll trace it with our shipping partner and remake or refund as needed.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are included in your refund.
